We need your total commitment to this event as its one of our major council activity. To those who do not come for meetings when its planned, we would assume you no longer wish to be in the council or take part in any SABD events.(hence a re-elacation would be conducted at the end of the year) As the president I m obliged to inform everyone how important this meeting is. I expect most members to attend as it will b our last meeting before our final crits. I completely understand that most of us are drowned in our interims and submissions. But time is not in our side. There is a urgent need to MAKE TIME for the meeting.
