Before presentation, one thing will be helpful..try to think about what kind of questions that they'll ask. In other words, PREDICT.
If they don ask u the ques u've predicted, then u'll just insert it in your verbal presentation^^
Story board is for PRESENTING.you tell a story, show what is so GREAT abt your bldg.Lecturers are also humans like us. Humans don't like to read TEXT, humans are attracted to PICTURES and LITTLE TEXT.so don't put a whole chunk of text in your story board & expect ppl to read it.
A HUGE PICTURE of your bldg sometimes speak a lot:)
Oh well...these are the 2 main ones.
Can't think of any further as yet. Maybe other seniors can add-on?

first impression is always the MOST IMPORTANT!!~~
so, either your storyboard must grab attention or ur model must be canggih canggih!!!~~
no matter how GOOD ur stuffs are...FIRST IMPRESSION is always VERY IMPORTANT!!~
pls also make an effort to dress up.that's manners:)
