We have had tremendous response in the application of our new Student Council 2010, and we're proud to finally announce that the new board of members have been decided on! (Sorry for the long wait though.)

The First General Meeting of the Student Council 2010/2011 will be held at

11 May 2010 (Tuesday)
2pm sharp


So be punctual, and be prepared! as we are going to;


1. Introduce the new council board.
2. Elect leaders and assistants for Publicity, Multimedia, Graphics Team.
3. Determine course/ semester representatives by volunteering members.
4. Schedule annual events/ activities.
5. Re-register our society under TUC guidelines.
6. Come up with action plans to start a subsidiary club called the Green League
7. Orientation kit




To those who missed out on the application period and are interested in joining our new Student Council, please do not hesitate to join us in the upcoming meeting! We are more than happy to welcome more helping hands.

Booth Competition 2010 Top 5

It's pronounced O-NO-MA-TOE-PEE-AH, not OH-NO-WHAT?

And that's the theme of our Booth Competition, FYI, in case you've been living under a rock all this while.

The first submission of A3 sketches was due on the 16th of April, and the best 5 out of 9 groups were chosen based on best concepts that could be further developed.

In no particular order, the following 5 were selected:

as to those who didn't, well.. you still have your Coffee Bean coupons =)

Next submission will be on 7 May 2010*.

Each group must prepare detailed drawings (elevations, plan, sections) and a 1:10 model, and convey their messages in a 10 minute presentation in front of a panel of judges. All other details such as location and time will be announced once things get settled at Lakeside Campus.
